I qualified in Creative Embroidery at Chester College under the tutorship of Muriel Fry

I set up my own embroidery business in 1991 and have worked with a number of top couturiers as well as bridal specialists and fashion designers.

I have also sold my felted silk and embroidered jewellery through Crafts Council listed galleries.

Inspiration comes from landscape, sky and sea and from plants, leaves and flowers. A life long gardener, this love of things green soon appeared in my work.

A passion for the Wirral Peninsula, where I live, as well as the Scottish Borders with their distinctive colour pallets and textures that translate into the work I create.
